In his two books, “Al-Ṣalāt bayn al-Qur’an al-Karīm wa al-Muslimīn” and Al-Qur’an wa kafā Masdaran li al-Tashrī‘ al-Islām”, he tries to present some argumentations for his principle, i.e. the sufficiency of the Qur’an and the issues based on it, especially ṣalāt. His basics are: 1. The Qur’an is the only Islamic source. 2. The difference between nabi (Prophet) and rasūl (Messenger) is in terms of real and legal personality. 3. The Prophet has ordered prohibition of writing hadiths. Concerning ṣalāt, he believes the Prophet’s ṣalāt is the same as the Prophet Abraham’s, which has been popular and known among the Muslims and even the polytheists; therefore God has avoided mentioning the details and the number of rak‘as of ṣalāt in the Qur’an because mentioning it has been futile and vain. In justification of the non-mentioning of the number of rak‘as of ṣalāt in the Qur’an as well as the details of other rulings’ topics such as Ḥajj, etc. he has given certain argumentations that lead to rejection of sunna. In this article, the writer examines his viewpoints on two issues (principle and basis) and responds to them according to the Qur’an. It is clarified in this article that the bases set up by Mansour (especially ṣalāt) are incompatible with his principles.}, keywords = {Subhi Mansour,Qur’an scholars,the sufficiency of the Qur’an,the Prophets status,the quality of ṣalāt}, title_fa = {جستاری در آراء و اندیشه‌های صبحی منصور با تأکید بر نماز در قرآن}, abstract_fa = {صبحی منصور از قرآنیون معروف مصری است که معتقد به قرآن‌بسندگی هستند. وی در دو کتاب «الصلاة بین القرآن الکریم و المسلمین» و «القرآن و کفی مصدراً للتشریع الاسلامی» می‌کوشد تا  برای مبنای خود، یعنی قرآن‌بسندگی و نیز مسائلی که بر آن بنا کرده است، به‌خصوص نماز، استدلال‌هایی ارائه کند. مبانی ایشان عبارت‌اند از:  1- قرآن تنها منبع اسلامی است. 2- تفاوت عنوان نبی و رسول به لحاظ شخصیت حقیقی و حقوقی است. 3- پیامبر دستور به منع کتابت حدیث داده است. وی در مورد نماز بر این باور است که نماز پیامبر همان نماز حضرت ابراهیم است که میان مسلمانان و حتی مشرکان معروف و شناخته‌شده بوده، ازاین‌رو خداوند از ذکر جزئیات و تعداد رکعات نماز در قرآن خودداری می‌کند؛ زیرا ذکر آن لغو و بیهوده بوده است. ایشان در توجیه ذکر نشدن کیفیت تعداد رکعات نماز در قرآن و نیز جزئیات دیگر موضوعات احکام، مانند حج و ... استدلال‌هایی آورده که منجر به ردّ سنت می‌گردد. نگارندگان در این گفتار، دیدگاه‌های او را در دو مورد (مبنا و بنا) بررسی و بر اساس قرآن به آنها پاسخ می‌دهند. در این مقاله روشن شده که بناهای ساخته شده منصور (به‌ویژه نماز) با مبناهای او ناسازگار است.}, keywords_fa = {صبحی منصور/ قرآنیون/ کفایت قرآن/ شؤون پیامبر/ کیفیت نماز}, url = {https://jqr.isca.ac.ir/article_68230.html}, eprint = {https://jqr.isca.ac.ir/article_68230_61d8cca17cc020a221cdb021d9f06dce.pdf} }
