The two significant tafsirs, “Jawami’al-Jami’” of Shaykh Tabrisi and “Al-Kashshaf” of Zamakhshari are compared in this article. Tabrisi has written his “Jawami’” after having accessed to “Kashshaf”. In this comparison, the literary, lexical, rhetorical, theological, and legal views of these two eminent interpreters have been compared with each other.
