In this article, reviewing the term of "Hijab" and its applications in the Qur'an, the writer examines the literal meaning of the terms " Jilbab" and "Khimar: which are mentioned in the Qur'an, as well as studying their applications in narations and poetry.
He also criticizes the meaning of the two terms from the viewpoints of the philologists.
