following the article in the previous issue. here. the relationship between quranic verses and traditions in different sections of jurisprudence. also their flexibility towards the changing conditions of time are considered samples of the jurisprudential issues in which the change of subjects are significant such as the required canoical distance to prove a transition as a journey (safar) ,girls, canonical puberty, the kums of war booties, cases for which zakat should be paid and friday prayer at the t ime of imam mahdi"s occultation are analyzed, compared and contrasted accordingly.
