this article deals firstly with the stylistics of ordaining decrees in the holy quran and its verbal peculiarities. afterwards, various classifications of the quranic decrees are analyzed.the extent of quranic verses of decrees, the role history plays in quranic-jurisprudential inferences are also investigated.finally to find new grounds in the verses of decrees, cases of innovative jurisprudential inferences of the quranic verses are presented.
