this article deals with the imams"methods of proving the jurisprudential decrees on the basis of the quran and the three methods of adherance, clarification, and meditation together with some examples are introduced. the following pivots are considered in the section devoted to the second approach: clarification on the basis of general language elements, the quranic vocabulary and expressions, the special structure of the quran, the quranic culture, and the quranic w orld view.
