firstly, this article defines different sorts of disbelievers and the concept of disblief and states the most important principle of muslims- disbelievers relations. afterwards, different kinds of laws, such as, common, private, natural and conventional are cared for. then, the issue of muslims marrying different sorts of disbelievers from the viewpoint of the quran and the ransom of a muslim are disbeliever with regard to each other are regarded in details.
