The Qur'an explicitly claims "inclusiveness", but it has not clarified its dimensions, structure, and process, and therefore, has made the expectations of the addressees in terms of the interpretation of inclusiveness and scientific reference to it to face ambiguity. Besides this important feature, the Qur'an also claims the paradoxical combination of "immortality" and "stability" and at the same time, "dynamism" and "mobility"; so that with the passage of time and the scientific evolution of mankind, it would not turn stale, and this is while the "scientific evolution" of mankind forcibly causes the deterioration of some knowledge and the production of new knowledge in order to meet the emerging needs, and basically the needs of the modern mankind, is constantly changing and evolving, and in the process of the evolution of human knowledge, "science" never stops moving on. In order to stabilize the scientific mind of modern human beings, these repetitive unstructured descriptions and propositions in the Qur'an and religious sources need to be accurately delved into and recognized, and it is necessary to clarify their structure, process and mechanism. Relying on the verbal method and a brief employment of the phenomenological method, this article is undertaking to decipher and solve this multifaceted equation and to respond to the aforementioned questions and ambiguities. The writer presumes that the structure and process of the scientific inclusiveness of the Qur'an functions in a novel network (ontology) and intelligent way, and "the inclusiveness of the Qur'an" can be redefined in accordance with its goals and requirements, attributes and tasks, and the scientific capacities of the Qur'an are realistically recognizable, too.
