The verses concerning the role and mission of the great Prophet in the society is divided into the following categories: 1. verses of obedience, 2. verses of priority, 3. verses of ordinance, 4. Prophet's centrality, and 5. verses of faith in the Prophet's Divine legislation. It is implied by all these verses that the role and mission of the Prophet is not merely limited to the affairs relating to the Hereafter; rather, it holds a significant status in people's social life as well. Those who try to justify these verses and assume that the Prophet's mission has only involved calling people to the next world, do not have a proper understanding of the verses.
