Qur’anic Research Quarterly, in accordance with the single article resolution ratified on 2008/06/10 by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and based on letter No. 10101 dated 2015/01/17 from the Council for the Granting of Scientific Licenses and Privileges affiliated with the Supreme Council of Seminaries, holds a “Scientific-Research” ranking.

Moreover, based on the single article of the resolution of session 625 dated 2008/06/10 by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, “the resolutions of the Supreme Council of Qom Seminary concerning the granting of scientific privileges, establishment of academic associations, scientific hubs, research units, as well as the privileges of theorizing, critique, debate, and free-thinking chairs in the seminary, possess official validity and yield legal privileges in universities and seminaries.”
