In the process of inferring Sharia rulings, the verses of the Holy Qur'an are used as the most original and original source, and it is of great importance to prove the correctness of the meaning of the verse used for the inferred Sharia ruling. Verses 226 and 227 of Surah Al-Baqarah, which is known as the Ayah Ila, is the only Quranic document regarding the wife's sexual rights in terms of time, which limits a woman's sexual rights to once every four months. The present study, with the method of qualitative research and analysis of the content of exegetical texts, follows the evolution of the commentators' view from the era of descent to the present era and answers how the verse of Ila is related to the sexual rights of the wife, from their point of view. In the exegetical explanation of Ayah Ila, eleven issues related to sexual rights were found, each of which is somehow involved in proving the lack of implication of Ayah Ila by setting a period of four months for the wife's sexual right.Things like; Ila's quasi-divorce is due to the necessity of determining a woman's duty, the inadmissibility of not fulfilling a woman's sexual rights
